I'm glad you asked!
Here's a list of some of the things that are possible with PSYCH-K® which I have paraphrased from the official PSYCH-K® brochure:
Experience abundance in every aspect of your life.
Greatly reduce your levels of stress and anxiety.
Increase and enhance your career opportunities.
Create and grow the relationships you desire and deserve.
Increase your general sense of well being.
Take advantage of the enormous healing powers of your mind.
Increase your sports performance.
Release post traumatic stress.
Deal with fears and phobias.
Put an end to destructive habits such as smoking, overeating and so on.
Increase and enhance your spiritual development.
...and that's just for starters!

What is PSYCH-K®?
Once again, I'm putting some material from my website here on my blog(with a few changes).
For years, motivational speakers and self-help books have been telling us that "attitude is everything," and that a good life is the result of consistently thinking and acting upon positive thoughts. As Henry Ford once said:
"Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you're right."
This all sounds really great, and it makes sense that positive thinking is a beneficial and sensible habit. But for most people, putting this advice into practice can be very challenging if not almost impossible.
Many of us have tried things like "self talk," repeating positive affirmations, reading inspiring books and being around successful friends. While these are all good things to do, they are often hard to keep up long enough for any real lasting results to occur.
The problem is that while these techniques are perceived to be beneficial by our conscious minds, our subconscious minds can take a lot longer to be convinced.
This is where PSYCH-K® comes in. With PSYCH-K® it is possible (and even easy!) for a person to replace disempowering subconscious beliefs with new positive ones.
With the help and guidance of a Psych-K® facilitator, the client chooses an area of his or her life that could stand some improvement. Then the client and the facilitator work together to come up with some new beliefs that will support the desired change.
When these new beliefs are decided upon, a PSYCH-K® Balance is done for each of them, allowing the client's subconscious mind to accept and act upon them. The process usually only takes a few minutes, allowing for several balances to be done in an hour-long session.
The immediate results can be very dramatic or very subtle, depending on the individual. Over the long term however, PSYCH-K® can bring about great positive changes to a person's attitude and therefore greatly improve the quality of his or her life.
PSYCH-K® is a safe, simple and fun way to change your life for the better. I hope you'll give it a try!

The post below is a "copy and paste" job that I originally wrote for my website. Since not all of the people who come to my blog continue on to my website (although you all should), I'm putting the same information it contains in the next few installments here. I'm also thinking of getting rid of that site and just spreading the word here and with my Squidoo lens. The blog and the lens are much easier for people to find and are getting a lot more traffic.
About Me
In 2008 I had spent over twenty-five years in a field that I had long since grown tired of. Towards the end of that year I found myself stuck in a few personal crises that I won't go into here. I also became aware that some of my friends were living with some serious problems of their own, and I really wished I was able to help them.
All of this, in addition to some lifelong self-esteem issues, finally brought me to a point where I had no choice but to make some major changes. With the goal of improving my own situation, and assisting my friends while I was at it, I started searching the internet for solutions.
I eventually discovered something called "PSYCH-K®," which was described as a way for people to improve their lives by changing their beliefs at both the conscious and subconscious levels.
It made sense to me that better beliefs lead to better actions and, eventually, better results.
But how could I deliberately change what I believed in? I had tried many times before with very little success. If PSYCH-K® could really make it easy to choose and develop new beliefs like its facilitators said it could, then I figured it was definitely something I could benefit from.
I decided to give it a try. It took a while to find a facilitator located in or near Vancouver, but I was eventually directed to Lori-Ann Speed in Deep Cove.
The sessions turned out to be easy and fun! I found the changes I was looking for to be almost undetectable for the first couple of weeks, but I didn't quit. Within a month it was clear to me that my time and money had been well spent on PSYCH-K®, but it didn't stop there.
After a few sessions Lori-Ann suggested that I take the basic PSYCH-K® facilitator training. I was excited by the possibility of using PSYCH-K® to help others, so I went back to the internet to find out when and where I could get this training.
Fortunately, Sandra Wallin was going to be teaching a group in Maple Ridge the following month. It was going to be tough to get out there without a car, but I decided to make the effort. I hadn't counted on the heavy snowfall that we had during and after the training, but I was determined to learn PSYCH-K®!
It was worth it. I've been using PSYCH-K® myself almost every day since then and have no intention of ever stopping. As my skills have improved, I've started using them to help the people around me. This makes me feel really good.
I feel that I'm now ready to make PSYCH-K® my career.
I hope that you found my story interesting, and I thank you for reading it. If you want to take control of your life, I really believe that PSYCH-K® can be useful to you. Please email me if you're interested in a PSYCH-K® session, or even if you just have some questions.

Not ANOTHER Video!
One of the main things that got me interested in PSYCH-K® was watching YouTube clips about it and seeing how genuinely happy the people involved in it seem to be. Here's one of those clips of one of those happy people. It's Elizabeth Powers, whose comment I ran a few days ago.
Sorry to have relied on videos two days in a row. I'll be putting some more ambitious content here very soon!

Time To Get Off Our "Buts!"
This blog has a new template that I think makes it look a whole lot better. Speaking of the way this blog looks, it's had a lot of text in the past few days so it's probably time for another video.
This particular clip is about Sean Stephenson, who is someone I think as many people as possible should know about. I don't know if Sean has ever even heard of PSYCH-K®, but I'm certain he would agree that a person's beliefs are of incredible importance.
I hope he inspires you the way he does me.

Why PSYCH-K® Should Be Learned From Real Live Teachers, Part 2
Yesterday I posted a comment from a blogger called Woodwhisperer, who questioned the unavailability of books that teach PSYCH-K® and the necessity of going to workshops to learn it.
It was followed by a response by Elizabeth Powers, a certified PSYCH-K® Instructor. Here are couple more messages before I move on to something else:

Hi. I have only recently attended the basic workshop.
I found out about psych-k from YouTube. And after studying the clips
and taking notes, I taught myself somewhat how to at least do one of
the techniques. However, after attending the 2 day workshop, I can see
why it isn't in a book. You really need the workshop environment to
grasp and put into practice what is being taught. And a trained
instructor makes a huge difference. I believe personally, if it was
sold as a book, and dvd, the effectiveness and reputation of this
incredible modality would be diluted and less people would benefit from
it. It is a slow climb to get this out to the world, but it is at
least keeping it effective. I mean just imagine if thousands of people
tried to learn it from a book and practice on their friends and they
don't get results. Every time you mentioned PSYCH-K to someone, they
would say "oh yeah I've tried that, it doesn't work".
Just my opinion.

Good day, I am responding to your query because I have had a number of
people (I live in a small community) ask similar questions. It is
interesting how fees always seem to come up, yet the same people
requesting the learning for free, or less expensive can find money for
other "new age" medications or modalities. I have found that within
ourselves, if we are looking and find an answer to what we are looking
for, like PSYCH-K, we put up some of the blocks that PSYCH-K helps
change by bringing in the money quotient.
What if someone asks this question about workshops, well they have
made a first step. One could ask where they are, maybe do some muscle
testing if this is right for them? If the facilitator has done the
advanced class can they spend a momet in surrogation to balance
anything for this person?
If one reads the Statement of Principles, Available to anyone from
http://www.windhorseawareness.com/psych-k.html website it helps put
things in order.
As to the teaching, I feel, as a facilitator in several modalities
including advanced PSYCH-K and PER-K, that it is good to keep the
fundamentals clean. It would be very difficult to teach only through
video or books as each individual already has all of their own biasis
and concious/subconcios beliefs that may hinder the movement and
growth and beauty that occurs in a group, societal setting such as the
workshops.
One should acknowledge I think that all of paths are the right ones. I
do not have a surplus of money, but when needed the money shows up,
especially if I prioritise right.
I have to look at myself and see if I am attracting people who ask
these questions to resolve them for myself? Quite often yes. Be clear
on what you are offering perhaps?
I met Rob Williams in California. I appreciated his devotion to what
he was striving for which more than anything I believe was a healthy
world community. I speak several languages and to me not following his
procedure as he has chosen is sort of like badly translating something
important, it can be unhealthy for all sides in the discussion.
Send him an email, he is human, and can respond. Send the question to
Larry Valmore. This is how a community learns, grows and expands.
Participating in change is healthy, not participating in this change
is sad.
I am very glad you brought this up and thank you for allowing me to
share a few thoughts.
Thanks to all who have taken the time to write and to Woodwhisperer who brought up this issue.
